    squash recipe using the pulp/seeds of yellow summer squash

    I had a Lebanese neighbor who made a dish using the inside of the yellow summer squash...pulp & seeds. I don't know that she really added much of the rest of the squash to it because she stuffed the rest of the squash. It tasted so good...but the side dish had no meat or other veges...I don't know what it was called nor do I have a recipe..she moved. It was cooked on stove top and I don't know if she added oils or what spices. Can anyone help out???
