We are getting ready for my daughter's wedding reception meal and are looking for a Hashbrown Casserole recipe that will serve 50. Does anyone have one that they would share. Thanks.

This recipe sounds a little strange (especially for a wedding!!), but it may be just what you are looking for! Just change the name to Wedding Potatoes or Cheesy Potatoes.
