I have tons of people coming on Saturday after my daughter's baptism and wanted to make Artichoke Dip but I'm not going to be able to be home to bake it... I can reheat it, but thought that maybe it would be okay "baking" it in the slow cooker on high for 2 hours.

Is this a good idea, or am I better off trying something else? (This is currently the only "hot" dish I have planned and I really want to serve it!)

    Thanks in advance!!!
