Trying to change email address... it won't let me!

I'm trying to change my email addy. I went to Accounts...and when I try to type in my new email in the appropriate box nothing happens. There is no cursor. Help! Is there an email for customer support?

You clicked on the box and no cursor appeared? I just tried this with my account and had no problem changing my email and then changing it back.

If you want to send a non-public inquiry, click on Contact Us, which is on the very bottom line of the screen, next to the last item in the line.
