    Need easy man friendly South Beach Phase 2 recipes

    And shopping list ideas too. I have really figured out I don't like to cook much LOL! DH does love salad and most meats so that helps. But meat that is South Beach friendly is so expensive. I really just need some super simple yet man friendly recipes.

    He wants to do the diet too but he is also kind of picky about things he finds unusual.. (IE no tofu for dinner LOL!)

    I put low carb in the seach engine and easily found this
