For some reason I have this feeling I may have overlooked a recipe or two.
Didn't I tag one of Nasseh's recipes? Think so...hmmm...

Thank you! Will try that!

Hope it helps
I certainly hope it does.
I remember one time after returning home from a camping trip in an old growth forest camp site here in Oregon...the large cast iron skillet I used for all our meals had a distinctive and strong smell of pine trees. Every time I'd heat up the pan in our house it would smell like a forest.
Eventually the smell dissipated. At least it was a good smell.

LOL
That reminds me of one time DH and I made soap. I like plain soap with no perfume and he likes soap with mint or pine fragrance. While melting the fat I realised that someone had thrown away all our empty and cleaned milk cartons which we use to pour the soap in. So I offered DH to use my small silicon loaf pans. BIG mistake - all my bread tasted of mint and pine for weeks - with silicon not even baking soda seems to help

Good Evening Everyone, Kul Sana Owentu Salmeen! Happy Eid!
This past week has been a disaster on my end, but it is much better now, and I also know Jamilah has not been feeling well and that her father in law passed away a few days ago. So I know the updates are way behind but I am working on it. If you guys could list the tags that are missing on the front page, if you have them written down somewhere, so it could help me get them updated. It is sooo hard to filter through these pages, so any help you guys could give me would be much appreciated!
Ok, although Ramadan is over, the game will continue for about another week or so just so everyone can get there last recipes made and reviewed. I have really, really enjoyed the game this year, and I hope to see all of you again next year! I must go get ready for my guests that are coming over, but I will be on tomorrow to try to get everything updated, and congrats Ummbinat for winning the secret ingredient game!!
P.S. Thanks Ummbinat for saying my recipes are great!

I'm so sorry you had such a disastrous week - hope it really is better now and you can enjoy Eid.
Also I'm sorry for Jamilah not feeling well and her father in law passing away. Hopefully they have family support.
And I agree with UmmBinat about your recipes

All together I must admit that I can't say there was one favorite for me - I loved all recipes. Not that I'm a trustworthy judge - since I can eat without getting sick, I just love eating and love most anything that matches my taste
So my clear favorites in this game are UmmBinat, Pali, Jamilah, Cookgirl and Nasseh - all those whose recipes I made
Thanks for this great game, I really appreciated the food and the talk as well. You guys are great!

Thanks everyone for letting me know your tags! I'm trying to get my daughter registered for school and the Eid was great, just a lot of people coming over! Great pics too, and I do hope to see everyone next year!
