I grew ground cherries as an experiment... and they are really producing. How do you preserve them? Freezing? Drying? Other? Favorite recipes, or uses? Any help is appreciated with this new food icon_smile.gif

i don't know what a 'ground cherry' is but as long as you mentioned it.

Is it poss to just can cherries without all the sugar and such? I was thinking of 'fresh' cherry pie in Winter, but, as a diabetic, I just didn't want to use more sugar?
