I've been eyeing them off for some time and have goats cheese which I bought for something else that did not eventuate and so thought the amount I have is perfect for this recipes but now I have to find a main to go with it to serve while the DH is on night shift in the nest 3 days/nights, preferably chicken and trying to work into dietary requirements, if pinch comes to punch will just do a crumbed chicken but I want to have that tatter recipe icon_lol.gif
