This oatmeal is delicious and one of the best breakfasts for you. Only 161 calories and super filling! Almost 5 grams of fiber in 1 serving and just over 1 gram of fat. The fresh apple makes it sweet enough without any added sugars.

add a few blueberries to it, and maybe a Tbsp of FF flavored creamer.

Low Car Tortilla, ff cr cheese and some fresh fruit.

Low Carb Tortilla w/ff cheese and make a quesadilla

I use A LOT of FF cr cheese, FF sour cream, etc..

Brown Rice cooked w/milk and add in Stevia/splenda, etc..

I;ve been eating Fiber Plus Bars for awhile, and their new cereals as well.
