One more from me although I don't know how I'm going to photograph it!

I plan to make a coleslaw of sorts with it to go with leftover chunky chilli I'm wrapping in tortillas and baking in the oven under salsa and cheese. Roll on dinner-I'm hungry already.

So-I'm tagging Mexican Low Fat Citrus Salad Dressing 26507 by Bergy

That sounds really yummy, Jan! If you have a clear glass jar or something like a small gravy boat with a pouring spout (I have a small glass one that's actually for dressing) it would make a great photo. Afterward just use it for the wraps. Even a photograph of how you used it would be cool. Just set a little of the dressing aside when you mix the slaw so you can have a bit of dressing spilling out of the plated wrap. icon_biggrin.gif

That's a good idea for me, too, as I'm making Orange Vinaigrette. I have a cut-glass creamer I may pour some into for a photo. Thanks for the other ideas, too!

My problem is limited space, lighting and props due to the fact we are travelling, but I'll do my best. I might have a dressing jar tucked away in a cupboard somewhere I think.

Oh, Jan! I didn't realize you were on the road! I feel like such a dope! icon_lol.gif
Well, despite that fact, I think your photo is wonderful! The color & clarity show off the dressing perfectly! icon_biggrin.gif
    Nice job!

No worries Tink. But take a look at my photos over the last few months-they are always shot in the same spot using the same plates. I just feel they are so ho hum compared to some I see on here, but once they go off to the recipe, I think they are OK.

The other common theme is Fish. We are catching so much fish and I guess we have 20kg to take home too. Fish for some time to come!

We are 1100ks North of Perth (the Capital of Western Australia) right now, but arriving back there on Thursday. Our neighbours from home are flying over and we all fly to Bali on the following Tuesday, then it's back to Perth for a week before we start the 3,500km drive home. (that'll take us about 5 nights).

Drat! I tried to check out your photos but Zaar's broken again. icon_confused.gif

But, on the bright side... what a wonderful vacation you're having! If this wasn't the ORANGE game I'd be green with envy! icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif

    Enjoy!

Tink, I think you might have a wee problem, you seem to be repeating yourself rotfl.gif

We don't think of it as a vacation-we think of it as the other half of our life. We're already planning next April's trip. The trip to Bali is the vacaton icon_wink.gif

Hi, Jan. I don't know if the slide show on your AM page is a current one but...OMGoodness. Wonderful, wonderful, photos. Thank you soooo much for sharing. I just went to your page to "check you out" as (I'm sure) most of us do with each other, and you just bubble, don't you? Good for you. But those photos...

DH and I used to camp in a 24 foot self-contained (permanent in a park) because years ago we rented and needed to get out of town on weekends with our kids. Your photos brought back such wonderful, cherished memories for me. You go girl! P.S. Nice to meet you and play tag with you.

And nice to meet you too Sue. No, the slide show isn't current but we've just revistited a lot of those places in the last few months and they look pretty much the same. So you are seeing pretty up to date stuff really.
It's our last day her and a perfect one, so we plan to pack up in between swims and snorkels over the reef,
