    I'm after help and wondered if you guys might be able to assist?

    A TV program was broadcast last wednesday in the UK - Jamie Oliver does Greece. In one part he was using a small terrcotta bbq to cook pork kebabs - here are some screen shots;

    Can anyone tell me what it is called or where to get one?

    Cheers, Dave

    I've never seen something like that in Greece. It looks Middle Eastern...maybe Morocco or Tunisia?

    Jamie is using what the Greeks call a "foufou" (no kidding, really) which is made ONLY on the island of Sifnos and, evidently, nowhere else. I'd like to get my hands on one, too. This info comes from a cookbook called "The Caper and the Olive" by Susanna Hoffman, p. 328.
