    Okay... I managed to get an email to the chef via her website/blog. and Today I got a response on that recipe....

    Hello Einas,

    I hope that all is well.

    The name of the sauce is Taratour.

    It is very simple.

    I use Tahini (preferably from the lebanese grocers)
    Lemon juice
    Cold water
    Nuts are optional

    There was a really easy recipe in this months Masterchef magazine where they used the same concept for my cauliflower and taratour dish.
