I started it back in April 2012 and although I haven't stuck to it all, I have been able to maintain the the lifestyle. I am so thankful to have found The Belly Fat cure, I went from an almost size 18 and weighing 208 down to a size 10 weighing 164. I have lost a lot in inches by doing his 8 minutes in the morning exercises. Hope this helps you.

Hmmm... I am agree with that this food is really nice and most effective to reduce belly fat. According to me there are just one way to reduce belly fat, That is dieting and exercise. Always try to take low fat and carbs in your meal. Drink green tea to boost your metabolism. It's helps to burn your extra body fat. But with that exercise is also most important. For belly fat I think cycling and sit ups are the best exercise.
