I have to start cooking free Gluten. Be nice to have a person who is going the same avenue. It is very expensive. I am going slow at it. It is a real different way of now searching . I have searched in here for recipes and have found some. My question is. Is there anyone who is now along the way and can give me starters slow to buy products. Like do I buy the flour as first then the breadcrumbs. All help is useful.

I mean meals are meals. Three times a day but I cannot have what normal eating is like. I am reading. Like the flour you people would use. Any testimonies of how you cope with all this. Would be so appreciated.

    Thank you.

I don't know much about eating gluten free, but I've asked one of the Hosts of the Celiac forum to stop by, and hopefully others will pop in too. icon_biggrin.gif

Sure thing! They tell me that sometime in June everyone will be able to send zmails, I can't wait! icon_biggrin.gif
In the meantime, if there is someone you want to get in touch with, I can zmail them for you, then, if they zmail you back, you will be able to zmail back and forth.

In other words, if someone zmails you, you can answer them.

Let me know if there is someone specific and I can send them a note asking them to get in touch, or to pop in here icon_biggrin.gif

I think she may be in the Celiac group. Now I have to find my way back there. To loook her up. It is like a maze right now for me to surf. I do have to get myself around her a wee bit more. Thanks for your help .
Much appreciated. So when I find this gal. I will come back with her name.

Well, for years now Zaar has had a free membership and premium membership.

Premium membership was where folks paid something like 30 bucks a year, and got to enjoy some extra features such as having more than one cookbook, being able to upload multiple photos, being able to view multiple photos, being able to zmail anyone on Zaar.

Now, just recently, Zaar has decided that EVERYONE should be able to use these features icon_cool.gif icon_cool.gif
So they are in the process of doing away with the premium memberships and basically everyone will be on equal footing.
(They are no longer charging a fee for these features.)
BUT, they are just sort of inbetween things now and just getting those features up and running for everyone.
They have implemented some of the features, but the zmail feature won't be implemented to everyone until sometime in June. By the end of the summer they are projecting that all the features will be available to everyone. icon_cool.gif icon_biggrin.gif

I used the recipe sifter to find these recipes, they are listed as gluten free recipes. (just maybe look over any that sound good to you to make sure they really are gluten free)

    Thank you.
I had made a real nice meal from there last night. Using that connection.
It was a turkey sausage . I was not sure it was free of Gluten. So I had to use bread crumbled up. I had not the proper bread crumbs. Not sure why they say sausage. It was turkey I used.

It was delicious. My Turkey was alread cooked so it was like 10 minutes cooking. About 10 minutes prep.

It was a turkey pattie with all spices I threw in. Then use a egg and my piece of bread to mix. I used a crust of bread. The help of the egg made it patty formed. here.
It was so delicious. Hubby enjoyed it.

Thank you for your help. I sorry to be such a bother. I am glad I found the list of all the things allowed in the other site.

I guess you are used to this. People asking questions.
. I enjoy this site very much.

I try to walk about 5 times a week for my health as well.

    Have a good night.

Question.....what kind of symptoms would make one suspect they need to be gluten free or have celiac?
