Took a while but I found one posted by a person named "taco Bob." So here it is and let me know how it goes-it looks pretty good. Diana
Pork loin cut into 2 inch steaks and pounded to 3/4 inch thick
    Marinate for 24-48 hours in:
    4 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 cup oil
    1 c. water
1 c. white wine or apple cider
    1 T. oregano leaves
    2 medium onions sliced thin
    4 T. paprika
Grill 10 min per side and serve on hard rolls with mustard and salad.
    Thats it!
