NEW PROFILES: Help with Banners & Profile Images

Can someone tell me how to remove personal pictures from my AM page?

I tried posting my banners again and STILL can't get any action when I click on the "tree" in my settings - now have 2 banners I'm not able to load - is there any help for this issue; please

Yeah; I think you're right - I've been having this problem for some time now, guess I'll have to post it as a new thread

There ya go. I've been trying to think of who I can mail directly to get an answer more quickly. Do you happen to know the answer to my ??? I might know someone that could help you and will go now and send them a PM and a link to this thread.

Go to your My Settings ~ then on your About Me page, go to the photo you want to remove ~ click the photo ~ Then click the little green tree icon ~ a popup box should appear; REMOVE (backspace? ~ delete?) THE IMAGE URL where the photo is stored offsite ~ click UPDATE at the bottom of that box.

See if that works! I'm only making suggestions and have not tried it to see!

Wish I did Coffee, but afraid I'm one of those computer challenged folks. The only way I've ever been able to change my photo was go into my settings and were your photo is upload another. Let me know if you you find out.

I see. I had to click on the picture, then click on the tree button to add/delete. Geesh...why do they have to make it so hard. There should be instructions onsite here somewhere with all these little details. Thanks KUW!!!!

No matter how many times I try, I cannot get the "tree" box to open to copy my zwt banner. Can somebody give it a try for me?

I'm having the same problem and have for several months now and no one can seem to help - I've several banners waiting to use and can't do it. It's so frustrating as I LOVE them and am so proud of them. If they figure anything out for you PLEASE let me know.

There was an issue with those using IE9, so I have been using FF to post my banners.

It was reported to the elves who opened a heat ticket on it.

I will go ask if it was ever resolved, may take a day or so before I get an answer, but will get back to you

They were working on the issue and like I said it was only IE all other browser types seem to be working.

We don't want your AM page to be naked
