    Oatmeal 'sausage'

    Hi all,

    Would anyone have a recipe for oatmeal sausage? My grandfather was German and he made an oatmeal sausage that was sooooo good. It was oatmeal, pork rinds, and broth - it would 'set' and then we'd cut it into pieces and we'd 'fry' it up for breakfast and serve with eggs and toast. It was soooo good and I've always wanted to learn to make it.

    Can anyone help me out?
