    This pic has both recipes that I had made... "Kenyan Ground Round Curry" and "North African Spiced Carrots". Both were very gooda.



    Tonight I will be making "Core Spicy Sweet Potatoes With Tangy Lime and Cilantro".

    I have merp'd "Core Spicy Sweet Potatoes With Tangy Lime and Cilantro" by Chef #345151. These yams are delicious. A very nice change from the usual ones I make.

    I have made Zurie's Tomato Sandwich Packets for the Grill #116058-very good! I didn't take a photo, couldn't find my twine, used french bread and there's such a nice photo there already! yummy.gif

    "Hasa Al Hummus -- Moroccan Chickpea Soup" by Miss Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful. Not a heavy soup...and sure full of flavour. Will be making this again.

    I have not had the internet for 4 days now....this is the first time back...hope it lasts...as we are on dialup.

    Tomorrow I will be making "Moroccan Chicken" by dicentra.
    Sounds very gooda. Will take a pic and be back.

    Here is "Moroccan Chicken" by dicentra. Very moist and ton o' flavour. We really enjoyed this!

    I think that it would do just fine on a grill. Let us know how you make out.

    Sometime this week I am going to make "Mujadarra" and "Egyptian Tomato Sauce" both by chef zermane dit zermaki. They sound so gooda!
