Well, I only know african dishes from nice pleasant places with nice lovely warm or temperate climates. Since it's supposed to be 19F here by the end of the week, yall southern africans tell me some african dish typical for the cold of winter, and I'll give it a shot.

    BRRR!

    Moroccan Chicken Too

I figured I will try both. I have to make lunch for 4 Friday, so I will make the salad, and then maybe the stew on Sunday.
