Hello Dileepadayan,
What is the URL to your Sri Lankan/Ceylon website with recipes?
Ceylon is one of my favorite countries I had traveled to and spend time there at Hikkaduwa Beach near Galle (1970)...

I made a sesame port stir fry the other night that was fantastic.
I based it on Bergy's Sesame Pork Stir Fry,
but made so many changes I should post the recipe myself.
I used the pork, doubled the sauce, added Chinese cabbage, chopped
garlic and ginger, sliced red bell pepper, broccoli florets, double sesame
seeds, a chopped long red chilli and stirred through cooked udon noodles.
I'll have to make it again so I can get a pic and check measurements.
Really pleased with the result.

Hi again RuPei --
Your recipes look really lovely and I thought you might like to add your name to the Pick a Chef event. If you do, someone will 'adopt' you and
make and review three of your recipes. I've let them know you might be
interested. So you might be adopted without doing anything. At least you
will know that PAC means Pick a Chef.
Here's a link if you want to get involved too. That thread is really long. I
suggest that you read the first page or two and then go to the end.

Hi Hungry and welcome to this forum.
If you have some good Iranian recipes, you should post them to the
Food.com database and let us know about them.

Hello Hungry,
I see that you are from Malaysia ! I enjoyed my visit to your country and loved the various Asian dishes; Indian, Malay, Chinese, etc. So why not post a few public recipes from your country. And when I had visited Iran, I loved their Yogurts... any yogurt recipes to share?

Hello RuPei,
Living in New York City, our Chinatown is one of my favorite places to go eat and enjoy the food. And I cook a lot of Asian and Chinese dishes as well.
I read your bio "About Me" ... and it is so true that Asian dishes here in the states, can be so different from the country of origin.
Quote from RuPei "About Me I like to teach people how to cook authentic Chinese food since most Chinese food I've tried here in the US has lost its original taste. Therefore, the recipes I post here have not been adjusted at all. They are just how you would taste in my homeland. Hope you enjoy!Smile
I often make my version of Hot and Sour Soup and it is really spicy... perhaps some day I will get to trying your version!
