Check to make sure the cream has no added sugar, some brands sneak it in.

And yes, coffee can be an orgasmic experience on Somersizing!

    Hi Leahmarie,

I Sommersize too! I love the plan. I love veggies and salads and I can eat those and be satisfied. I really don't miss the bad carbs very much at all. I lost 22 1/2 lbs. on the plan, then slacked off some and gained some weight back. Now I am back on it and plan to keep at it.
I just started the Labour Day Weight Loss challenge with the people from the Weight Loss Buddies thread.

    hi,
is this the same as food combining? No carbs with protein. No fruit with anything else. If it is then I am also doing this and would love to hear some menus, recipies. I do great with the carb no portien meal, but with the protien meal I have a hard time rounding out unless its just a salad.

I have been Somersizing for about a month now. I've been eating according to plan and have been careful to mix things up a bit - some carbos, protein/fats, veggies, fruits, etc. I have only lost about four pounds (I have about 25 to lose.) I've done the Somersize plan before with phenomenal results, but this time it is really difficult to stay on it because I'm not really seeing any progress.

My DH and I use the SS plan whenever we start putting on a few pounds. It never fails to get us back in line with our healthy body weight.

At first it seems a bit hard to figure out but you do catch on pretty quickly. I don't find alot of her recipes appealing however so I tend to do my own thing to adapt recipes.

Hi I am Marion - So far I have lost 80 plus pounds on the Somersize program. It is a miracle. However, in the last few months I have had a difficult time staying on the program and I do need a "jump start" to get myself back in the program as I have an additional one hundred pounds to loose. If there is any one out there who can give me some pointers on how to slide back into the program with out a lot of the cravings for sweets, then I would be very grateful.
