Oh yeah, lucky work colleagues getting those buns brought to them!
Wish I had taken a good photo, this was a really nice recipe:

Just curious Kat if you tried the chestnut pate? I served it on two consecutive evenings and everyone loved it. A little goes a long way so in hind sight I should have frozen half for another time. No one could figure out "what" exactly it was, other than being good.

No, I haven't yet! Perhaps I should halve the recipe, or like you said, freeze part of it. I was hoping to do it over christmas, but I ran out of places to take food to!

My husband bought the largest sacks of potatoes & onions for the holidays that I've ever seen. Made use of some of them today with this recipe - you roast the pots, onion and garlic in the oven first - very tasty.

Had to share this with you guys, I know we have a few bread bakers over here. This is a very delicious and pretty focaccia recipe, probably the best one I've ever made. Stand mixer did a fabulous job with it.

Something new to me, made muesli overnight in the fridge, aka refrigerator oatmeal. I've had muesli many times but never made it myself - could it get any easier? Wish I had taken a pic, but here's the recipe:

Oh Magpie that focaccia looks soo good! Very fluffy, thick and yummy!
I bet that muesli was super tasty! I love muesli and especially with soaked oats, they taste so much better that way.
Thanks for sharing!

So I am not sure if I posted this here in the past, but I vegified this recipe and it is one of favorite lunches:
Taco Junk
I just use Morningstar crumbles in place of the beef. YUMMO!!!! And it freezes awesome, so I just make a big batch, freeze it in 1 cup servings (1/2 cup serving per person) and then take them out as needed. Excellent atop a bed of lettuce.
