I have a few friends who're allergic to gluten, so I always just buy them gluten free christmas gifts (cookies, cakes etc) from Gluten Free Palace. I'm definitely going to try some of these cookie recipes and add them to the gift baskets this year! icon_smile.gif[/url]

    I made ..........

Gingerbread Cookies (Gluten Free) in the shape of stars and Choc-Pecan Cookies - Gluten-Free

I also made Spritz that is not gluten-free (I'm going to work on making this recipe gf as everybody adores these cookies)

Although these aren't cookies, I also made Sago Christmas Pudding and No-Bake Raspberry Cheescake (Can Be Gluten-Free). Nobody realises that these recipes are both gluten-free

I love seeing the recipes recommended by others that are gluten-free icon_biggrin.gif
Nothing more disappointing than trying a recipe and finding that it just isn't any good

    Definitely! icon_smile.gif

I was reading the reviews for your Delicate Afghan Butter Cookies/Kulche Birinjee (Gluten Free)- now I can't wait to try them yummy.gif Pistachios have just been added to my shopping list.

I think these look like a great cookie too for anyone starting out baking gluten-free as finely ground rice flour is easy to find and purchase. It's good to see a recipe that doesn't use a range of flours/starches and doesn't include xanthan or guar gums either
