    Gurkensalat (Cucumber Salad)
Meatballs in Caper Sauce (Konigsberger Klopse)
Geschnetzeltes using Pork Tenderloin, since veal is way to expensive. icon_biggrin.gif

    Crock Pot Sauerbraten # 113849

Sauerbraten is my one and only favorite German dish - my grandmother used to make to die for sauerbraten with potato dumplings. Since I have purchased a crock pot (yeah!! I love ebay icon_lol.gif) I'm planning to use it for sauerbraten. One of these days I'll give it a try!

We love sauerbraten too. That recipe looks great - I'll be anxious to hear how it turns out!
Hope your new crockpot works well icon_smile.gif
