Does anyone know a good recipe to use it in that is gluten free? I know that's a difficult one

I'm sure there must be one. I will have a look through my recipes but off the top of my head I can only think of 2 things.
1. My very favourite way to use obw is to add a few drops to a fruit salad it really makes a wonderful difference. Generally I use sliced banana, grapes, apples, orange segments, mango or peach, and sometimes kiwi & strawberry. I add a little tropical juice to get the liquid content up...
2. Makrout a Louz - Algerian Almond Cakes
Just replace the lime zest with orange & add a little obw then continue with the recipe. You can also freeze these before the icing sugar stage & have a treat on hand!

I love the fruit salad idea since it's so summery. Hmm I'm wondering if I could sub tapioca or potato starch because we are also corn free.

I'm sure you could find a suitable alternative to the cornflour - it's only purpose in the recipe is to prevent the dough from sticking to everything (it can be a bit claggy).
I'm not sure about the potato starch but the tapioca might work.

not on the right topic but do you know a good Iraqi chicken recipe I want to make Iraqi food tonight. well it could be with ground beef too but sadly no eggplants. Or I was wondering if in the Iraqi casserole I could use zucchini instead?

I add it to lemonade. Lemoncurd has a pudding recipe - Rose Water and Cardamom Custard but i'd bet orange blossom water would be just as yummmmmmy. not sure if it's a gluten free recipe or not.

I was just looking over my recipes that need pics, trying to decide which ones to snap next lol, when I realised I have this recipe Traditional Thai Iced Tea With Star Anise. I tried it at the end of last summer & it was really nice, different, but nice.
I know it's technically thai but it has a lot in common with other middle eastern drinks, so I thought I'd mention it!
I'm hoping to remake & photograph it sometime this month.

I loved the fruit I made with it. I may do this over and over I never thought it would be that good.

Glad you liked it I never make fruit salad without it now & when we go to friends it's one of the things that they always ask me to bring!

This is hardly a recipe -- more a method. I love to add orange blossom water fresh berries and honey together, letting them macerate.
Then I scoop thick, creamy labneh with an ice cream scoop, pour the berry mixture over and sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds.
