This is my original recipe and photo's:
Diabetic Blueberry Scones #250694
While looking for a pic of a single blueberry on Goggle I came face to face with my scone pic. When I clicked I was taken to a post on a place called Dayrecipe and looking at my recipe and all 5 of my pix claimed by someone called Cookie. This Cookie even got 20.00 for stealing them it seems as there in no mention of myself or Zaar!.
Since the pix legally belong to Zaar I would love to see Zaar's lawyers do some squashing on this great site that pays people for stealing for them since, clearly they don't do anything to prohibit it

Me too Annacia!
This recipe of mine, Mini Cheese and Olive Welsh Rarebit Bites for Festive Frolics!, posted on the 27th November 2007, has been stolen WITH all the photos and is posted on this site:

Now, I know a recipe cannot be copyrighted, but I am sure that a recipe title as unusual as this one and the photos can be....................as I understand it, Zaar has copy right for the photos.............I think.
Thanks!

Annacia, I have not been on Zaar for 4/5 days, and I will post that photo to my tagged recipe as you asked me too - no probs darlink!
However, in light of this flagrant theft of my photos and recipe titles (we cannot copy right the recipe, although there are very British expressions in my recipes which say that the poster is NOT the author of the recipe, but surely the recipe titles are safe?), I am going to hold off posting anymore photos until I find out what the legal team say about this. (And possibly recipes too.)
Shall I post more "stolen" recipe links here Dria or Liza? Or is this is enough for now?
Thanks..................

I was curious, so I went browsing through the site. Immediately found another one by that same "cookie" from here. I'm sure there are lots more. Looks like Liza and Dria are going to have a busier Monday morning than usual.
Traditional Algerian Baklawa / Baklava - Family Recipe is on Day Recipe as well, complete with picture.

Hi Felix!
I know the chef Um Safia very well, and I have alerted her to that one!
I bet if you looked some more, you would find loads more, and not just by cookie!! The really bad thing is, these people are getting PAID $20 for stealing and posting those recipes and photos!!

You are welcome Rezika, I am not just bothered about my recipes and photos, but those of my chums too!
The thing is, they are GETTING paid $20 for those recipes with photos, well, that money is rightfully ours!!
I am NOT possessive over my recipes or photos - after all I post them here to SHARE with others; plus, several zaar members have asked me if they could use my recipes/photos over the years, and I have always said yes. But, they ASKED me and gave me credit, these people have not asked, plus they are being paid!!

Another site which has appropriated recipes and pictures:
http://ww-recipes.net/
Many of the photos shown are mine and I recognize the style imprint of other Zaar chefs.

I complained about this type thing about a month ago and was told there was nothing that Zaar could do.
The sites you mention are no the only ones!
Google you Zaar chef name and be surprised!
I found my stuff on no less the 10 different cooking sites!

Hi Annacia Darlink! (Photo tag photos posted BTW!! )
I have now found 20+ of mine, with mine and other member's photos and also several other Zaar members recipes, some are copies of your post above.
In each case, I posted a response, but the responses are MODERATED, so I doubt I will see them made public!
Recipes, not copyrighted, but MY words in the Intros??? Now that is an interesting one, and of course the photos and the fact that these people appear to be paid for their theft!
