Hey all. I was wondering if I could can corned beef hash? I have a recipe that I really like, and if I can can some that would be great. I'm kind of new to canning, but take instruction well, so anything that will help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance for all the help.

As far as your corned beef hash, I personally have not canned or preserved this. Do you mind if I do some checking around and get back to you?

has info on canning meat in general. You might consider just canning the chopped corned beef and adding the other ingredients when you open it and use it, just to simplify. Some people (like me) dislike the texture of canned potatoes.
