How do I delete this account?

Maybe it has something to do with the chef #'s that are assigned when somebody registers. One to a customer I would think whether not you are active. Just a guess.

I've taken out as much info on myself about me and changed my photo to yummy yum cha, I hope that's enough to get it filed as inactive  Thank you all for your responses and help!

I'm wondering if there is a way to merge accounts. I had an account name of "worldmom" and at some point, it showed up as "worldmom" with a bunch of numbers after it. I tried to change it back to worldmom, and then discovered the name was already take (apparently by me, but I'm still confused as to how it all happened!). So the account I've been using regularly is now "worldmom12", but I'd really like to have the accounts merged if there's a way to do that.
Sorry for my ineptitude. I honestly don't know how I managed to get two accounts!

Can you email help@food.com? They'll get you fixed right up. Oh, but actually no, there is no way to merge accounts, you just have to pick which one you want to be your account and we'll disable the other. tx!

Worldmom, I've z-mailed you in regards to the two accounts you have set up. As Liza mentioned, although we cannot merge the two, we will need to know which account you would like to keep. Thanks so much!

The staff are out of the office on weekends.
If you really want to deactivate your account, why don't you edit your AM page NOT to receive any emails/newsletters and then sign out? Your account is as good as closed.
