Pot Scrubber, you weren't really trying to read that paper at one time were you? Love the picture! You must have been posting it as I was writing my last post.

That isn't me just a picture I stole off of the net. But I thought it was appropriate.

A dear friend of mine has a Dane and he is a big sloppy mess of a kiss giver.

The Dane gave big sloppy kisses... not my friend. I wouldn't know anything about that! icon_wink.gif

"Borrowed" from the net or not, it is still a great pic. Glad to hear it was the Dane & not the friend who was a sloppy kisser icon_lol.gif

I just took a few shots today , wasnt looking for anything special but the birds were so active I got a few.
This is the first time I saw a cardinal in my life and it was in my back yard.

I feed the birds but the pigeons came as well. The little birds toss a lot of seeds out and the birds pick it up from under the feeders

Cool pics Brenda. I'm really surprised that you don't generally see Cardinals. They are very prominant here.

Its the same at our bird feeder. The little ones fling seed down that the Mourning Doves eat. It all works icon_smile.gif

I am always jealous of the people down east, we don't have cardinals here in Saskatchewan. I think they are such beautiful birds. We feed birds as well, and it is the same here, the small birds kick the food out of the feeders. At least they will go and pick some of it up off the ground.

I spot a Cardinal, occasionally. Not too often, though. They aren't common in Texas. But I still see one every once in a while they are eating from my bird feeder in the Spring months.

When I was a kid Blue Jay birds were EVERYWHERE in my part of Texas. I haven't seen one in many years, though. icon_confused.gif

All of your Bluejays must live in my yard. Raucous creatures!

They are mean! They used to swoop down on the cats and just be holy terrors!

Lots of Blue Jays here too. At least they add some colour to a drab winter day.

Do you see Scruffy's picture in your Photobucket account? Did it upload successfully?

If so... copy the code at the bottom that says Image code and just copy that and paste it in a Zaar reply box. If you copy any of the other codes like Email&Im, Direct link, or HTML code it will display a clickable link to your photobucket album but not the actual photo of Scruffy.

If you need more help please don't hesitate to ask that is what I am here for. Don't be shy... lots of people read this thread and someone else may learn from your question.
