New Year's Eve Cocktails!

Christmas may be over, but it’s still eggnog season in my book! I’ve also got a great bubbly drink perfect for ringing in the New Year!

Sandeman Brandy Eggnog
• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/4 oz Sandeman Tawny Port
• 3 1/2 oz Milk
• 3/4 oz Cream
• 1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1 Egg Yolk
• Nutmeg
Directions: Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes.
Garnish: Sprinkle with nutmeg

Persephone Royale
• 5 oz Hiram Walker Pomegranate Liqueur
• .5 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Beefeater 24 gin
• 2 oz of Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato
Build ingredients in a martini glass and top with Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato.

I've made this both with champagne and with non-alcoholic sparkler, and it's good both ways, plus a good way to use up the cranberries I bought on sale - .49 a bag - and it looks really pretty - Pink Lady (Champagne Cocktail)
