    I'd love to join in the fun, here's my one coffee recipe to start

    Having my own espresso machine has saved me $$$$$.
    I was fortunate to find a Saeco Classico espresso machine at a thrift store for $4.25 (it's about a $300 machine), we ran it for 2 years and just had to take it in for some new O rings - it's as good as new and makes great espresso. Now I'm on the hunt for a really good burr grinder icon_biggrin.gif .
