Hi everyone! I've been searching everywhere for a recipe to make a snack bar with only nuts, dried fruit, seeds, rice malt and cane juice. Mrs. Mays has something called a Trio Bar with these ingredients that is healthy and delicious! I really want to make it myself but thus far have been unsuccessful in finding a recipe that even comes close. Please help, and thanks so much in advance!
