    Good Morning,

    I need some inspiration... icon_wink.gif

Recently I fell in love with those japanese bento-boxes for lunch! Wonderful little things to take to work, like vegetables, rice... whatever.
There are three of us at home, everyone takes his own lunchbox to work/school. DH takes sandwiches and/or salad, son takes sandwiches and I take whatever's left.

Any ideas for middle-eastern inspired lunchbox ideas?? Should be easy to pack, no need to heat up or kept cool, no mess to eat... (and easy to prepare icon_smile.gif )

    Thanks for your help! icon_smile.gif

OK well, I'm not sure I can tick ALL your boxes here but....

    Ideas:

    Bourek / Spring rolls
    M'hajeb
    Afghan meat turnovers
    Samosas
    Sambusak
    Falafel
    Shawarma
    Hummus wraps
    Cous cous salad
    Tabbouli
    Kebabs
Sumac / Spicy roasted vegetables & chicken wings
Arab style frittata - olives, parsley, red onion, mint, merguez etc.

I'll have another think about this!
