These 3 recipes are so good, I switched to them and never looked back. Two of them inspired me to create recipes of my own based on them. Many thanks to these three chefs!

Kittencal's "the Fluffiest Scrambled Eggs" (Lower-Fat)

Herbed Corn for a Crowd by Ginny Sue (but you can cut it down to just for 2)

I have lots of recipes that I really loved, but these three are ones that are made over and over and over (like weekly):

Merlot's Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Ms. Bold's Spicy Garlic and Lime Shrimp

    Red Wing Fan's Cosmopolitan Martini

Sorry, but I'm cheating. I love the above 3,and can't bring myself to zap one, but I just had breakfast, and have another one that I just love:

Ratherbeswimmin's Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes. Man are these good!!

Nice thread - I'm having a hard time with just 3 - we've got quite a few that we just keep making in between trying new ones. Nice to have so many great choices!

OK, cheating is allowed!! It's hard to narrow it down isn't it?

Kittencal's Onion Patties/Latkes ~ I don't even like onions and I love these. That's how good this recipe is!

Chewy Popcorn Balls ~ These are a real crowd pleaser. Kids and adults alike go ga-ga over these.

Beer Bread ~ This bread is perfect with soups and stews and is often requested for family gatherings.

High Roasted Chicken and Potatoes ~ Yes, I'm cheating but if you haven't tried this recipe, you simply must. It takes a bit of effort but even if the chicken wasn't worth it (it is!) the potatoes are!
