Easter Table Settings? Please Share yours!!!

I have set my table for Easter Dinner _except_ the flatware is not in the egg holder for each place and I haven't put Easter egg candies in the ramekins in the centerpiece and I haven't filled out the placecards. But - if I don't take pictures now to share with y'all it might not get done!!!!

We are having my parents and my sister for Easter/Younger Daughter's birthday on Saturday. My brother and his family can't make it so we will be 7 instead of 12. Then on Sunday it will just be me, DH, Older Daughter home from college and Younger Daughter.
Here is the table (set for 6 for pictures - will add the 7th for Sat. and take 2 away on Sunday - but I think my table looks best set for 6!!!)
I am using blue melamine plates because the color looks so nice with the Easter Egg utensil holder and pink napkins.

Finally, the centerpiece which is based on the same idea as the one that I posted in the centerpiece thread. But as you can see if you compare, I used a different silver tray (didn't feel like polishing the big one and wanted a lighter look since I was using plastic plates!!) and a different glass cake stand (couldn't find the one in the picture, plus it would be too large with the smaller silver tray) and even a different glass tray on the top!!!

We're having lunch at my MIL's home tomorrow, so I won't be setting an Easter table this year.

I have a very humble home as of right now but I will post my table setting anyway. It's simple but set with love.





My next buy will be some cloth napkins!

Queenkungfu, your table is lovely! I love your bunny and your dinnerware just says "springtime" to me. If you don't mind my asking, what is the name of the pattern?

I love your tablesetting Queenkungfu!!! Very cut bunny and I love that china pattern! It would be lovely any time of year, but is especially perfect for spring!!!!

Since my china cabinet is all packed into bins for storage, I served Easter dinner on plain old white kitchen plates, offset with Royal Chinet from Costco All my little bunny place markers will have to wait for 2009 to make an appearance!

I cooked for 14 this year - 6 females & 8 males, which included 2 batchelors For a change, the men occupied the dining room & the females graced the kitchen table. I cooked a turkey + a roast of beef ................. DD baked 3 pies
Nobody went home hungry

Wow, ladies I love both of your tables!

We went to my Mom's for Easter, so I didn't set a table. However, I did snap some photos of her table. Nothing fancy, as it was just her, my dad, me, DH, my grandma and my aunt and uncle. She even used paper plate. I loved her centerpiece. She placed the Easter grass that you buy for baskets in the center of the table. Then she put a bunny in the middle and scattered jelly beans around in the grass. She also placed a little box of jelly beans on each plate for each guest.

Thanks Jewel. I thought it was cute too. I'm probably going to take her idea and use it on my own table sometime in the future.

So cute kim. I have been seeing more and more of those pretty chinese takeout boxes at the stores. One day I will find a use for them. Your mother did a great job!

I wanted to thank everyone for sharing their lovely pictures of their Easter table decor. Greek Easter is very late this year, it's actually next week so all these photos are very inspiring and I may actually be able to use some ideas this year.
