    Hi,

I just got myself a Cardiostyle ET150 from an outlet store and surprise, surprise...it does not have a manual.

Could someone please email me a copy of the manual? I would really appreciate the help. Cheers!

Hey I also noticed that problem, I just did about 20min of the elliptical and it said i burned 12.0 calories, which is ridiculous i agree! Did you figure out why? My guess is that .1 is equal to 1 calorie...but I dunno why they would do that!?

I also dont have a manual, by chance can anyone send me the link for it or a copy of one.
    Thanks so much!

I just got a cardiostyle elliptical trainer too and it has a manual but the manual or the company can not tell me why when I excercise for 30 minutes I says that I only burned 17.5 calories, I know thats wrong, does anyone know why this would be or what this converts into in our calories. The company said that it was made in china so they might have some other kind of scale that they read calories.

I can't send copies of the manual to anyone, it is on my crashed computer. But if I remember correctly it was only how to assemble the machine. I gave up on anything but the timer on mine. My original problem was whoever owned it before me plugged the wires in backwards so the readouts weren't working right.

Hello all! I just bought one as well and it appears, after reading everyone's post.. None of these machines have instructions on how to read the display. Pretty lame.
I think I have the calories figured out. I used my Nike app while using it and the cals burned on the trainer were pretty much the same as the app if you take the cal no. and multiply it by ten. ie. 17.5 x 10 = 175 calories burned. Idk y they do this tho.
If only I can figure out the distance. Must be in kms tho eh?

We do not carry manuals on this site. I googled it and couldn't find one either. This is a recipe site and we welcome you to join in.

Hopefully someone else with better skills at these things searches will come along and find it for you.

    Drop by any time.
