Does anyone out there have this
recipe, they usually sell these at
    fireman's picnics and they are
also popular around Eire, Pa. and
the Fredonia , New York area.

How specific a recipe do you want? I'm from Toronto, but a frequent visitor to Buffalo NY, and "beef on weck" in an absolute tradition there.

    Try this link:

    And this one:

out how to make the beef he has a
good recipe for the rolls but not the
    beef .

You help will be greatly appreciated,
We will make this next week and
let you know how it came out.
