Is there a "best" slow-cooker cookbook?

I have been foraging websites for different slow cooker recipes. And I own a few slow-cooker cookbooks. Wondering if there is a hands-down cookbook winner that I should not be without? I know this could be a YMMV thing, but just looking for some suggestions, in case I don't already own them.

I used to have a few slow cooker cookbooks, but I never really used them. I usually just use Zaar now.

My favorites are the "fix it and forget it - Diabetic" and JoAnna Lund's "A potful of recipes". Even the step kids like the stuff I make from them.

I have a Fix It And Forget It - Lightly cookbook and it's got some great recipes in there too.

Ok, fix it and forget it books are great, but the best recipes you can get are right here on Zaar!!! You will never find anything better because you not only get to look at different recipes, but you can also read what people think about them. Why ever buy another book?

Ah yes. I am happy to have discovered the Recipe Zaar web site. What I like about the book and this web site is that they give you the nutrition values for the recipes. Very, very important.

Thanks for the link -- worked great and it does sound like a good cookbook! I am going to try to check it out at the library. Meanwhile, "My Cookbook" here at 'Zaar continues to grow with the other excellent recipes I see floating around.

As an avid slow cooker user I love the Fix It and Forget It cookbooks and I also just purchsed the Better Homes Biggest Book of Slow Cooker Recipes. I really enjoy this one as well.
Zaar gives me most now as I can try things and variations that authors add to it or suggestions that reviewers make.

I am trying to get used the new forum layout and features! I like it!

I am such a sucker. Went to bookstore with DS for a novel he needs to read for school and right there in the entryway was the sale book table. I looked down to see a Rival "3-in-1" cookbook (plastic spiral binding) and I bought it for $10. Total impulse buy and I probably don't even neeeeed it because of all the recipes I see here -- not to mention that I already have 2 Rival "cookbooks" that came with my other slow-cookers (but they didn't have pretty pics, like tonight's aquisition does...) I am going to browse through it tonight (couldn't do that with noodgy DS there at the store) and will probably return it tomorrow. Will say something like I didn't realize I already have this collection at home. I should have just passed it by but it was a weak moment.

I love my slow cooker and use it all that the time.
It is the best cooking tool around....have been using it for many many years.
If you type Slow Cooker in the search btton on top and press Cookbooks there are 56 books to chose from and you can add recipes tp your own book. I have many slow cooker books but I always come back here for the best.
