Perhaps I should say Hi.

I'm Annacia and a brand new Forum Host here. I live in Canada and have been hanging out on this site (first Zaar and now as Food.com) since 2004. I'm also a PAC (Pick A Chef) host which runs twice a year, spring and fall.

I love all of the tag games. What a fun way to find, make and eat marvelous things that you likely would never see, try and love if you weren't playing with folks of many backgrounds and cultures. A serious side benefit is that I have made some very wonderful friends here that I will always keep in my heart .

To celebrate becoming a host here I have bought a tagine, something that I have wanted for years but just kept putting off. Can't wait for it to arrive and take it for a test recipe
