I have never eaten Turkish food in a restaurant or someone's home.
The only Turkish food I have tasted is what I have prepared from reading cookbooks and recipes on the internet.

It is an amazing cuisine, rich and full of history!

hi my name is dienia , thats a family name that we no longer know where it comes from. i like middle eastern food alot and am trying to learn how to cook it . i am now retired so i can do what i like ,i was a waitress and worked taking care of older people in their homes , which is were ive gotten many of my recipes , its easier to get people that dont want to eat , to eat their own recipes .i love playing cooking games . and i would have liked to travel to the middle east , but because of health , this is going to be as close as i get . i have read alot of the history of the region and watched travel shows, but actually talking with people who live there is better for me . any questions i would love to answer them , thats how i learn anyway lol dee
