    oreo cookie dessert

Luscious. Light. Addicting. Heavenly. One bit is too much, yet never enough. Good to the last crumb. icon_biggrin.gif

The godiva chocolate cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory drool.gif

It is so rich and decadent that you can only eat a couple bites at a time. One piece can last me a couple days!!!

I couldn't pick between these two-they are my "go to" desserts and I absolutely adore both of them. I love cheesecake and the brown sugar and pecans give it that extra rich flavor that is absolutely heavenly. The Rum Cake - well, one bite and you're hooked. It's so moist, rich, buttery and flavorful - it is divine!

On a regular basis, I'd say ice cream, some sort of chocolate. But for a special occasion, this is the most over-the-top thing I can remember making in a very long time:

Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Don't mind the nutritional info, it makes way more than 8 servings!

Panna Cotta with berries, Grand Marnier Souffle with Creme Anglaise or Pavlova! The panna cotta is creamy and the perfect base for fresh berries. The grand marnier souffle tastes like a cloud. And pavlova tastes "almost" like a combination of the two! All three are my absolute favorites!
And when it's cold weather, bread pudding with Creme Anglaise is bliss.
Yeah, there was NO way I could just pick one! But after reading this thread, I'm sure craving desserts right now!
