The game where you make recipes you have been dying to try!!!

Hi everyone, my name is Bonnette (bmcnichol) . This is a great game, and loads of fun to be able to try the recipes we saved. Especially for game addicts like me who spend so much time tagging other games I have barely made a dent in my cookbooks.

Simple rules that premium and regular members can play!

HOW TO PLAY:

1. Come here to see which letter we're on
2. Go to your zaar cookbook(s), sort your recipes alphabetically and select a recipe starting with that letter (it's nice to choose one that hasn't been reviewed yet, but that's not required)
3. Post the name (and number please) of the recipe you'll make and say which letter is next
4. Make it within two weeks
5. Post your review and report back
(please see SPECIAL RULES section below also for important info on how to play)

(so then the next person chooses a recipe from their cookbook(s) starting with the next letter)

When we get to U we will combine all the rest of the alpahabet to "Z", so UVWXYZ will be played together. Keep in mind during this part of the game there probably will be more players because of the combined letters. That is fine. The next letter will be for "wild" recipes (those starting with a number, quotes, etc.) and then we'll go back to "A" again.

SPECIAL RULES

You may select up to five recipes, but before you can play again, you must review one of those recipes and report back. In other words, you can't have more than 5 recipes tagged and unfinished at one time but as soon as you finish one you can retag.

The word "The" can be counted or not as the tagger wishes. In otherwords if "B" is up, and someone wants to tag 'the broccoli and cheese gratin', they can, and if "T" is up they can tag it then too.

If a letter isn't picked after a day or so, the next player has the option to skip that letter.

If more than one player ends up selecting the same letter (i.e. they're playing at the same time), all players' tags are valid.

You may select a recipe that someone has made in this game during a different round.

If you don't make the deadline for your recipe, it will be archived and it will have a

next to it until it's reviewed (completed recipes have a

next to them). There are no formal extensions.

If you have any red-faced recipes, you cannot select any more recipes until you have made them or asked for them to be deleted (if you've changed your mind and don't want to make them).
