To liven things up a little round here, I thought it might be a nice idea to feature a different NA*ME recipe each week.
So to start us of I have chosen....
Lebanese Lentils (Mujadara) by Helen Ganim.
So this recipe will be featured until next Monday, when another recipe will be posted here.
If you wish to try any of the recipes and post photos that would be fantastic but it is totally up to you

I cooked this dish using basmati rice in place of brown (as it's all we eat) but this was super tasty and a breeze to make...

This is really tasty! I cooked 2 versions of this - one as in the recipe and one with the additiona of 1/2 a chicken stock cube and 1/2 tsp of ras el hanout spices. Both versions were delicious... I agree wholeheartedly that this is comfort food and it's great that it's so healthy and nutritious too. Will have the leftovers for lunch today Also reviewed for NA*ME Dish of The Week.
I'm looking forward to the next Dish of The Week now

I thought this might be a nice choice as most of us are now turning to more 'warming' foods now the cold weather is coming! I hope you all find it interesting
