    There are several recipes and links to recipes posted on page 1 of this thread. Perhaps one of those will work for you.

    My father makes this all the time. while I don't have the exact recipe I do now you cook the spaghetti, beat some eggs and add a bit of cinnamon. Put the spaghetti into a frying pan and pour the mixture over the spaghetti and cook until the spaghetti on the outside becomes a bit harder, and the eggs cook. Flip over and cook. Let cool for a bit and serve with sugar!

    This is my Mother's recipe for Sweet Macroni Pie with anise.
    1 1/2# of ricotta
    6- eggs
    1 cup-sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    pinch of salt
    1 cup milk
    1/2# angel hair pasta (cooked of course)
    Anise extract( becareful anise is powerful, a small amount
    try a 1 tsp. and taste, adjust to your taste)
    Bake at 375 for 55 min.
    I got this from my sister, and so I am going to try to make this for Easter.
