Does anyone have a good recipe for an Iraqi dish made with cauliflower? It's a stew served over rice. Thank you in advance.

    Hi there,

I'm still no closer to finding you a recipe. I think it is probably Iraqs version of a Khoresht.........

I have 2 more people to ask, hopefully they'll be able to help.

Could you tell me any more about the stew, was it just cauliflower or did it have meat with it - do you remember any other ingredients or specific tastes etc?

I'll keep searching for you icon_wink.gif

Here is one on our own Zaar! Easy Iraqi Green Beans With Meat has a vegetarian and cauliflower version!

You could serve it with Timman (Kuwaiti or Iraqi Rice)
