could someone tell me what the stabilization part of the program is and what their maintenance is all about? thank you
During stabilization, your food gets gradually increased to normal amounts while they continue to monitor your weight and measurements. Your supplements are reduced.

Maintenance is a continued monitoring to make sure you don't just put all the weight back on - I think it's about a year.

Seems like this is a Herbal Magic commercial. Their membership is bogus....$1000.00 for a year and that does not include the supplements. I just got a full refund because I found that the supplements for my 40lb weight loss plus the fee to be in their "professional" presence (hahaha) was going to cost $2800.00 That folks, is around $61.00 per pound. What a joke. I matched all the ingredients in their bottles with Walmart brand supplements for $20.00 for a month, a savings of over $1000.00 in supplements alone. Read the ingredients in the Magic pills.... seriously. I don't argue that their "diet" works. 1200 calories a day will make you lose weight. In anyone's world. Without the pills. Comatose patients in the hospital are given a 1200 calorie a day diet to keep them alive. Think about that. I agree that if someone has a weight issue of upwards of 100 lbs, and is desperate to lose it, Herbal Magic centres can help, but it is YOUR disipline that is losing you the weight, not their magic pills or bogus skills, none of them are licenced dieticians. Google "herbal magic complaints". You'll be shocked. It is really sick that a 40 lb weight loss should cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Run. With your cash in tact.

Chromium is $3.26 per 100 pills at Walmart in their no-name brand, and the dosage is over 100 times stronger.

Wm2000 is not approved by health Canada and has since been replaced with two other supplements. Both of those are approved and say that they help metabolize carbs and fats,but they do NOT promote weight LOSS. check out, there is a very interesting CBC in depth look at Herbal MAgic and their bogus claims including some hidden camera stuff . All the best to you, 30 lbs is a great victory. Don't be discouraged. It wasn't the pills that made you lose the weight, it was your disipline with the way you eat. You did that YOURSELF, and you can do the rest.

Hey Everyone,

My boyfriend and I have been on HB for 9 days now. I find it hard to plan sometimes. We are allowed the following allotments;

2 protein
2 starch
3 fruit
4 vegetable
1 dairy
2 fat
1 free exchange

Does anyone have any ideas of some good eats? We do not like to use our Free Exchange in our meals. We prefer to use it at the end of the night as a snack. We actually really look forwad to this icon_smile.gif

Any help is great icon_smile.gif

Thanks Peeps,
I look forward to hearing from you all.
