I was watching a documentary about an archeaological dig in Egypt, and the team was invited to dinner at the home of one of its drivers. They ate this delicious-looking Egyptian dish made with meat, potatoes, tomatoes and onions. It looked like it was baked in a round baking dish and served with rice (I think) on the side. I would love to try this dish, but I didn't hear what the name of it was, which makes it kind of hard to look up the recipe! Are there any 'Zaar-ists out there who are familiar with this dish and can maybe tell me its name or where I can find the recipe? Thanks in advance!

    Perhaps it is Bamya?

I'm not sure. It looks pretty similar, except for the okra.
I might try it, though, because it sounds delicious. Thanks for the suggestion!
