    why are the recipes which are highlighted accesible,and the recipes not highlighted are not accesible? Are those the recipes you are looking for,or is it my membership restriction?

    It has nothing to do with your membership. The recipes that are highlighted are links to recipes here on the RecipeZaar database. Those that aren't highlighted are just a listing of the names of common recipes typical for the South. There are probably several recipes for them in the database, though. To find them, just type it into the search box and click the Go button. It should bring them up for you to access.
