I love the stuffed salmon from Costco, so of course I would like to try and figure it out. I have a stuffed salmon recipe here on Zaar but it is a totoally different recipe. Theirs has cheese, rice, shrimp, and imitation crab but I'm not sure what else. Any body ever figure this out or see it posted elswhere?

I Googled ....Stuffed Salmon Recipes........and got quite a few. Since I've never eaten the ones from Cosco, I'm not sure what would be close to theirs. There are some that use cheese, rice, shrimp, crab.........but don't know if they are similar to the Cosco recipe.
I didn't read all the listings, so perhaps the one you're looking for is there.

P.S. Since this thread is a few months old, I'm sure something else replaced this recipe for dinner........ icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif !

There is a stuffed salmon recipe in their online cookbook, but it has a southwestern twist, not sure if that it the version you are looking for.

However, since this sounds like something you might be interested in, here is the link to the Costco cookbook - full of their recipes online. I bookmarked it myself to give some recipes a try. Apparently once a year they have a cookbook made that they give out to their members, not sure when that is though.

Hi all. I finally figured out a decent copycat recipe for the stuffed salmon at Costco, and here is the link to my blog post about it:

It looks very good in the picture and I look forward to trying your stuffed salmon
I used the last piece of salmon last night the dinner so will have to wait until I get to the store.

Thank you for sharing your version.
