You should be able to find pomegranate molasses in any of the larger supermarkets, or in any Middle -Eastern grocer's shop. I'm from Scotland, though now living in Cairo, Egypt, and I'd like to recommend two quality brands that are available internationally. The brands are "Al Rabih" and "Yamama" come in sealed glass bottles and both are imported from the Lebanon. I'd tend to favour the "Al Rabih" brand as it seems to be a touch thicker and therefore more concentrated than the other one. This brand also makes excellent Za'tar, and Rose and Orange Blossom waters.
I use this quite a lot, and it is one of my secret ingredients for Syrian Tabbouleh icon_wink.gif
    Hope this helps icon_smile.gif

Your best bet is to go into your local middle eastern grocers. Ziyad brand products are good, however I dont think they manufacture pomegrante molasses.
Here is a recipe for it

I've purchased Turkish foods from several times. Pomegranate molasses seems like something they would carry.

The only thing I dislike about them is that they seem to store your CC# on their server, I may try or (another online site I found) next time.

Nope, Yiyelim has grape, carob and mulberry molasses but not pomegranate.

Hi Margaret, nice to hear from someone else in Cairo. icon_biggrin.gif

The brands of Pomegranate Molasses I've mentioned can be found in any Carrefour or Spinneys supermarket, and Seoudi stock it too. Hope you can find it.
    All the best,
